Directors.

As a Director of Finance and Administration herself, she worked for several prominent New York City law firms for over 15 years.
She was one of the first Regional Vice Presidents for the International Association of Legal Administrators and also served as Vice President for the New York Chapter of ALA. She has been awarded the C.M. and C.A.M. designations (Certified Manager and Certified Administrative Manager) by the Institute of Professional Managers.

Her book, The ABA Guide to Professional Managers in the Law Office, was cited as one of the top 10 best sellers for 1996-1997 by the ABA's Law Practice Management Section. Ms. Thornlow is also a popular speaker and has published articles
in the New York Law Journal and the ABA's Leadership and Management Directions.

A graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College, Ms. Thornlow ranked 6th in her class and was inducted into the business honorary society Beta Gamma Sigma and the
management honorary society Sigma Iota Epsilon. She is a member of Mensa and subject of biographical record in many other publications including Who's Who in the World, Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in America.
